2010
Dec.	The management team was spun off from Niching Industrial Corp., established the office located at Tai Yuen Hi-Tech Industrial Park.
2011
Jan.	Started up and operated formally.
Dec.	Certified of Toxic Chemicals business license. (in Taiwan)
2012
Apr.	Ingentec partner invested Ingentec as strategic cooperation.
Dec.	Niching released its stock share. Ingentec capital increased.
2013
Feb.	Ingentec, Chengdu established. Certified of Hazardous Chemicals business license. (In China)
2014
Jul.	The factory of Ingentec was began construction. (in Zhunan)
2016
Feb.	Ingentec new facility in Zhunan was completed and started operation.
Sept.	Miaoli County "Promote local industrial R&D program". Ingentec has been certified for ISO 9001:2015.
2017
Jun.	Ingentec Nanjing Advance Material Corporation established. Asinta Corporation established.
Aug.	Ingentec Corporation IPO successfully (TWSE: 4768).
2018
Aug.	Asinta mass production and operated successfully.
